White cowboy hat for adults

nice design for a party hat. paper structure so easy to deform and too light can easily fly off. though it has a harness to keep it around your neck. comfort elastic head band helps too. just fits mens size 7 1/4 (57.5-58cm), can probably stretch to a 7 3/8 (59cm) but wouldn't recommend for any size bigger. considering it's made for short-term use with low grade material, it should be retailing at no more than $10–15 CAD.
