Happy New Year Gold Dust Party Kit for 25 People, 50 Count

New Year's Eve decor scheduled for Dec 30 delivery (I paid extra for fast delivery). The package never arrived. UPS man came to the door with no package and I when I greeted him he ran away. I got an e-message that no one was home, even though he saw me, and did not leave a note. I called customer service and they told me they could not contact the driver, even though I know they have phones on trucks, and he must be in the area. The customer service man said the package could be redelivered on Jan 2 if I paid an extra fee. As I needed the package by NYE I asked them to deliver it by Jan 31. They said that was impossible. On Jan 31, the UPS delivery man came to my door and a staff member greeted him at the door. Again, the UPS driver ran away but this time left a note on the door before he fled. I sent a written complaint andreceived a response saying I'll get my money back once the package returns to the depot. She said this happens sometimes. Ihad to ren out to Dollarama at the last unite where I found similar item for about half the price. Huge waste if time and cash flow!

There was an issue with my original order, and Fotoula resolved it very quickly. Excellent service!!
