1. Can I return or exchange a Halloween costume or item after October 18?

No. For orders placed between September 1 and October 31, no returns or exchanges are accepted on or after October 18 for Halloween costumes, decorations, costume accessories, and Halloween party supplies.
2. Can I exchange a Halloween item in store?

Yes, as long as the item is new, unused, unworn, in its original unopened packaging, and includes all accessories. These items cannot be refunded in store and are eligible for exchange only. Costumes must be exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
3. What is the return policy for other seasonal merchandise?

For other seasonal merchandise, such as Christmas or Easter items, returns are accepted up to 7 days before the holiday, provided the items are in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns made within the final 7 days before the holiday will be refunded as store credit. Seasonal items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.
