Asian sun hat for adults

First of all, this hat came inside a ruptured box that had holes in it, second of all, this hat looks like it has been through World War 3, third of all, I can't return it because I've already opened it. The package looked like its been tortured and had just survived hell. When I first got to the door and saw this package I was excited to get my Halloween costume. But right when I got a closer look at it I realized that the package was terrible, literally looked like it had been beaten up by a 2-year-old. I then thought that the hat may be okay because of the package but when I opened the package I found out that the hat was in a worse shape than the box. The straws on the hat looked like they were brutally beaten up, and. the shape of the hat is somewhat deformed. I then thought of returning it because of its treacherous condition so I took a look at the return policy. Apparently, you can't return the item if you've already opened the package and after knowing that, I felt like I got hardcore scammed. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
