J'avais 2 places à vérifier et quand je suis rentré chez Party-Expert et que j'ai rencontré William, je n'avais pas le goût d'aller ailleurs. Il m'a conseillé des choix de couleur, montrée les prix des arrangements et les différents bouquets qui peuvent faire. Il savait que je fesait juste me renseigner car fallait que je parle avec la famille. Il a été patient il m'a servi d'une belle façon et compris mes besoins. Je suis reparti sans rien acheter.
Le lendemain je suis retourné pour faire mes achats et quand j'ai vue William je voulais que ça soit lui qui s'occupe de moi.
Il m'a aidé à choisir des couleurs ainsi que la grosseur du bouquet selon mes besoins.
J'ai été voir Sarah l'assistante gérante pour l'informer de l'excellent service que j'avais reçu avec William. Elle était contente d'apprendre que j'avais été bien servi et me dit qu'elle allait lui transmettre le commentaire. C'est elle qui à terminé les petits détails (impression sur un ballon, confettis) et la facture et elle me dit je m'en occupe personnellement cela à été rassurant car elle savait exactement ce que je voulais.
Quand ça vient le temps de se plaindre on prend le temps de le faire mais quand c'est du positif on passe à côté.
C'est dommage car ça fait du bien à entendre quand tu fais bien ton travail.

Was suppose to get 10% off, but it didn't work. I wrote the company to get this fixed. No one wrote back. Must have been a wrong email address, or got lots in the void. After leaving a not great review they contacted me right away, and quickly gave me my discount!! I would buy from them again, and recommend it. Just make sure if you write them, send an email to the store don't use the website link ;-)
