Easy Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

 

 

Ingredients (12 sliders)

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or any slider buns)

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups marinara or pizza sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella (or mozzarella + provolone mix)

  • 20–30 slices pepperoni

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

  • Optional: crushed red pepper, fresh basil, or ranch for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

  2. Slice rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected like a sheet). Place the bottom half in the dish.

  3. Layer it up: Spread pizza sauce over the rolls. Add half the mozzarella, then pepperoni, then the rest of the mozzarella. Add a few more pepperoni on top if you want extra “pizza vibes.”

  4. Top buns go on next.

  5. Brush & season: Mix melted butter + Italian seasoning + garlic powder (+ Parmesan if using). Brush all over the tops.

  6. Bake covered with foil for 12–15 min (until melty).

  7. Uncover and bake 5–7 min more, until tops are golden.

  8. Slice & serve: Let cool 2 minutes, cut into sliders, and serve with extra warm marinara for dipping.
