FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are all products eligible for curb side pickup?

No. Eligibility for curbside pickup depends on the store's inventory and product assortment.

How do I know if a product is eligible for curbside pickup?

Shipping and pickup methods are shown on our product detail pages and in the shopping cart before checkout.

Can I split my order between different pick-up locations?

No. We only allow one pick up location per order.

Can I change my pick up location after placing my order?

Unfortunately no. Items must be picked up at the location that was selected when the order was placed.

Can someone else pick up my order? 

No. For security reason and to avoid fraud, you’ll be ask to show a valid driver's license or government-issued ID to the store when picking up your order. Only the person who did order items can pick them up.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

We will hold your order for 5 days. If you haven't picked up your order after 5 days, your items will be returned to store inventory and you will have to place a new order.

What happens if I don't pick up my order?

After 5 days your items will be returned to store inventory and you will receive a refund, please take note that a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund to cover the labor cost.  

Can I cancel my order?

Items purchased online for a curb-side pickup can be cancelled by calling 450-232-2752 from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm, or by sending us an email right away at serviceclientele@party-expert.com.

How do I return an item?

During Covid-19 all returns must be sent by mail since our stores are presently closed. You need to send an email at serviceclientele@party-expert.com with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason for the return. A customer service representative will contact you. Returns will be accepted only according to our return policy and require an authorization number before an item can be returned. The refund will be processed only once the item is received.
