If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the time you have received your order. Please follow the refund or exchange instruction that was included in your shipment. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only.
Shipping Charges and Return shipping charges are not refundable.
We will pay for the return shipping charges only when the following problem occurs;
If you received the wrong item by mistake, whether it is the wrong style, color or size, we will exchange it for the correct item and pay for the shipping costs on your behalf if the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
If the Item has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it and pay shipping costs on your behalf if the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
Any returns received used, with missing items or without the original packaging will not be credited. Please double-check that you have included all of the pieces and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. Be advised that there is a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than 5 of one item is ordered and returned.
For your protection we recommend shipping returns via Canada post insured with delivery confirmation. Party-expert.com is not responsible for the loss or theft of return shipments.
Once your return has been received, allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
